BANNERS, POSTERS AND SIGNSGuests are permitted to bring and display banners at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field as long as they do not interfere with the game, other guests' enjoyment of the game or carry obscene, political or commercial messages. Signs should not be any larger than 24" x 36" (2' x 3'). The University of Akron reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the content of the signage. Banners may be hung from the face of the lower level of InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field where advertising signage does not exist.
CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field. However, at no time may photography interfere with other guests. Professional equipment, large camera bags, tripods or cameras with long telephoto lenses are not permitted.
CONCESSIONS
Ten concession stands are located throughout the stadium. Concessions for Akron Athletics are operated by V/Gladieux, Incorporated.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted at the Team Shop and Athletics Ticket Office. Zips Cards are accepted at concession stands 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

EVACUATION
In case of evacuation, instruction will be relayed via the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist you in exiting the stadium.
FIRST AID
First Aid is located in the concourse area near Section 100. Please see a law enforcement officer, usher or event staff for assistance.
GUEST ASSIST
Guest Assist is a text messaging service. Fans have the opportunity to text AKRON to 78247 if they have a security concern or need assistance. Event staff will reply and react to each request.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located near Section 100/Gate 1. Event staff will be available to assist guests with a number of issues including, but not limited to, ticket issues (accessible seating, upgrades, etc.), prohibited items check, comment cards, wheelchair assistance, emergency re-entry and lost and found.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost items recovered during the game will be delivered to the Guest Service Station near Section 100/Gate 2. After the game, all unclaimed items are turned over to the Athletics Facilities Department (330) 972-7310 located in Rhodes Arena, Suite 76.
LOST PERSONS
Guests should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. If a parent, guardian or companion is not located, the lost person will be taken to the University Police room located in the concourse near Section 100.
MEDICAL EMERGENCY
If assistance is needed in your vicinity, please contact the nearest law enforcement officer, event staff member or go the Guest Services located near Section 100.
MERCHANDISE
A merchandise stand is located in the east concourse of the stadium and at the Team Shop near Gate 1.

RE-ENTRY POLICY
Guests will not be permitted to re-enter once they leave the stadium.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the gates of InfoCision Stadium - Summa Field.
SOLICITATION/LITERATURE
Setting up a promotional space and/or distributing any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or around InfoCision Stadium - Summa Field without the permission of The University of Akron Department of Athletics is prohibited.
TICKET INFORMATION
• Group Tickets
Groups of 25 or more can purchase general admission or reserved group tickets for $5 off the regular ticket price. Group tickets must be purchased prior to game day. Call (330) 972-8600.
• Office Hours
Tickets can be purchased Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Game Day Hours
The main ticket office opens four hours prior to kickoff.
• Ticket Policy
Any individual 3 years of age and older requires a ticket for admission.
• Student Tickets
Each current undergraduate, graduate and doctoral candidate student who has paid the annual student activities fee is entitled to one free general admission ticket to each home game. A valid University of Akron Student Identification Card must be presented to receive admission into the football game.
DISABILITY SEATING
A wheelchair patron is entitled to purchase two (2) tickets in the specified area (one for the wheelchair and one for a guest in an adjacent bleacher seat). If additional seating is needed for guests they may purchase seats outside the reserved wheelchair seating area. Disability seating is available on both the east and west side of the stadium.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Replacement tickets will be issued at the discretion of the Athletic Ticket Office and will carry a $5 replacement fee per transaction. It is recommended that individuals needing replacement tickets contact the Athletics Ticket Office prior to game day.

a. General Public Will Call is located near Gate 1, at the main Ticket Office in the southwest corner of the stadium.
b. Akron Player Guest Will Call is located at Gate 2, in the northwest corner of the stadium.

ZIPS FEST!
Zips Fest is the official pre-game destination for Zips fans. Featuring inflatable games, prizes, balloon art, face painting, photo opportunities, food options and live music, Zips Fest has something for Akron fans of all ages. All activities are located in Coleman Commons, between the Student Recreation and Wellness Center and the Student Union - right next to InfoCision Stadium - Summa Field. The party officially begins three hours prior to kick-off, and incorporates some great Akron traditions, including the Football team arriving at the Carroll St. traffic circle and marching to their locker room, as well as the band and cheerleaders marching through on their way to the stadium, bringing unbridled amounts of Zips spirit.
