2011 AKRON WOMEN'S SOCCER PROMOTIONS

Sunday, September 4^th vs. Michigan State at 1:00pm

• T-Shirt Giveaway to the first 250 fans

  

Saturday, September 17^thvs. Eastern Illinois at 1:00pm

• Double ROO-Wards
• The most spirited students will compete to win an ipod at halftime
• Students must attend this game along with 2 men’s soccer games in order to be eligible to receive a voucher to purchase a soccer scarf
• Post-Match Autograph Session

Friday, September 23^rd vs. Central Michigan at 7:30pm

“AK-Rowdies Night”

• Free food for Rowdies
• In-game activities will involve Rowdies

-Zippy Bobblehead giveaway to first 100 youth (ages 3-14)

Post-Match Autograph Session

Sunday, September 25^th vs. Eastern Michigan at 1:00pm

• Family Weekend
  • Family Weekend Participants can purchase tickets at the group rate

-Zippy Bobblehead giveaway to first 100 Faculty/Staff

“Post-Match Clinic”

• A free youth clinic (ages 6-13) will be held immediately following the match in the field house
• Stations will be led by Akron Women’s Soccer student-athletes and coaching staff
• Clinic will last approximately one hour

Friday, October 14^th vs. Bowling Green at 7:30pm

“Kick for A Cure”

• Joint effort with MSOC to promote cancer awareness and raise donations
• T-Shirt presale
  • T-shirt provides wearer with free admission
  • T-shirt includes event information
  • In-game activities will promote cancer awareness

“Senior Night”

• Senior will be recognized in a pre-game ceremony
