Tim Carroll is in his second season as a graduate assistant on the UA coaching staff, joining Akron after completing his playing career during the 2009-10 season. He is currently working on his M.A. in sports administration.

Carroll appeared in 40 career games for the Zips, making one career start. A 2010 graduate of The University of Akron, he earned his bachelors degree in sports management.

A native of Akron, Ohio, he graduated from Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy where he lettered in both football and basketball.
