The "TEAMMATES FOR LIFE" Camp was initiated by former Zips softball players from the 1981 and 1984 teams, as well as their former head coach Joey Arietta. These "teammates for life" have put together a great clinic from which ALL PROCEEDS will benefit their former Zip, Vanessa Williams Savage who's family just suffered the loss of their only parent, Jan Herron, to gastric cancer.

Vanessa's youngest sister, Alicia Herron, is a starter at shortstop at Ohio State University. To support Vanessa and Alicia, current Ohio State players and staff will join former and current Zips players and staff for a great day at UA!
