  • All methods of ticket purchase access the same inventory of seats.  There is no advantage to calling rather than ordering online or vice versa.

I bought individual tickets to a Zips Athletic event and I’m waiting for them to be mailed to me.  When should I expect them?

  • Tickets are typically mailed out 7-10 days prior to that particular event.  If tickets are not ordered within that 7-10 day time frame, the tickets will be held in “Will Call”.  If you have ordered tickets for more than one event at the same time, you will receive the tickets for both events at the same time in the mail.  If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact the Zips Ticket Office at 1-888-99-AKRON.

How do I get tickets for football road games?

  • Road Game tickets may be requested by Zips season ticket holders and donors on a priority basis.  To request away game tickets please call the ticket office at 1-888-99-AKRON.

What happens if my tickets are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed?

  • If your tickets are lost, forgotten, stolen or destroyed, the Ticket Holder of record may request duplicate tickets. There is a $5 charge for this service.  Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in the venue.  Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and escorted to the exit.
